Argus release status?

I just downloaded and installed bison-1.875 and didn't
get any errors, but my systems is using GNU m4, version
1.4.1, in /usr/bin/m4, so I don't know what to say.

I have seen stuff from google about problems when naming
m4 -> gm4.  Any reason why you're doing that?
