	Doesn't appear to work:

test6# ./configure --include-dir="/usr/local/include/sasl1" --with-sasl=/usr/local
configure: error: unrecognized option: --include-dir=/usr/local/include/sasl1
Try `./configure --help' for more information.

test6# ./configure --include-dir="/usr/local/include/sasl1" \ ? --with-sasl=/usr/local
configure: error: unrecognized option: --include-dir=/usr/local/include/sasl1
Try `./configure --help' for more information.

test6# ./configure --include-dir=/usr/local/include/sasl1 --with-sasl=/usr/local
configure: error: unrecognized option: --include-dir=/usr/local/include/sasl1
Try `./configure --help' for more information.
