OH well, argus and its clients support strong authentication and
encryption on the wire, so you don't need all that ssh stuff.
Need to turn on the SASL support in argus, and generate an account.
After that its all automatic. There is stuff in the INSTALL file.

Basically we have two hosts seperated by a network we don't trust,
so tunneling it was the only way until we could get a host nearer
the collector.
