ra (or equivelent) in daemon mode?

	I think the ra change for no filter is probably worth making. I'm
thinking on the lines of three boxes:

Argus sensor (entirely in memory) writing out a socket

file storage box (with possibly more than one sensor feeding in to it)
	(the filterless ra would run here and write the argus data to disk
	 on this machine isolating storage from post processing)

post processing machine which NFS mounts the disk from the middle machine.
	(If post processing here runs out of memory or pegs the CPU, the 
	 storage of data proceeds without interruption on the other machine.)

	With a cut down version of ra, the number of sensors that the middle
machine can capture data for should increase cutting down costs.
