2.0.6.beta.13 and beta.44

	2.0.6.beta.13 is clean on all of MacOSX 10.2, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and
NetBSD (although functional tests haven't been done yet). clients-2.0.6.beta.44
has minor issues (all currently patched and awaiting a regression test when
the latest blaster infection roared through and blew out the router ...).
Hopefully I'll get the patch set tested and posted tomorrow.
