new argus-2.0.5.tar.gz available

Gentle people,
There were a few gottcha's in the last release on a few
of our platforms, and I restructured the dependencies on
libpcap so that we don't need pcap-int.h any longer.  This
should work/compile now with out of the box RedHat 7.2.
