mask command in ra?

	I don't see the mask command in the ra man page and when I tried it the 
results were odd.

ra -r argus.out -c -n host 0.0.0.254 mask 0.0.0.255

used to print all the x.x.x.254 addresses, but this (and the converse mask 
255.255.255.0 in case I got it wrong) didn't do as expected it printed some
addresses (and less than the full file) but not the x.x.x.254s. Since there
is client work about to start this seemed a good time to mention this :-)
