Argus 2.0.5 and flowscan-1.006_5 on Freebsd 4.6.1

I recently upgraded my machine for Perl 5.8.0 (basically started from 
scratch with Perl and I had to update all my modules including the flowscan 
module) and notice my Argus stopped working.  Turns out flowscan doesn't 
like the Argus 2.0.5 data.

Does anyone know if I can direct Argus to store the data in a version that 
flowscan 1.006_5 supports?

This is the error that Flowscan is giving me:

/usr/local/var/db/flows/argus/argus.20020726_18:00:00-0500: Invalid index 
in cflowd flow file: 0x80010080! Version 5 flow-export is required with 
*all* fields being saved.
