ra crashes on output file rotate

I forgot to mention that I see this come through syslog when it crashes:

Feb 25 13:00:00 ourhost ra[PID]: [ID 194706 daemon.error]  \
  ArgusWriteNewLogfile(/path/to/argusflow/argusflowfile, 0x827a0) stat \
  error No such file or directory

This message only comes across when ra crashes, not every time the logs
are rotated.
