Column labels on output

Hi,

[ Apologies if this is a repost; I changed my email address and believe 
the first attempt at getting this sent was rejected from the new 
address ]

Is there a way from the command line to always require ra related tools
(ramon, ra, etc) to print the column labels?  I seem to recall there's a
config file option for this, but I've not yet found the command line 
way of
doing so.

IE:
