ragator performance in 2.0.2

Hi Carter,
	  I notice that ragator seems to behave rather differently, but 
I can't see anything in the changelog to account for it.

BTW I'm working on a debian (potato) intel base system.

In the past I have had problems with ragator running out of memory 
(particularly when code red was at its height) but I now notice that it 
never seems to use more than 15MB of memory (according to top) 
regardless of what duration I set in the flowmodel file.  It used to 
regularly go over 50MB in earlier versions.

I am both delighted and puzzled!
