Argus, tcp_wrappers_7.6 and vnode.h errors

A humble request for assistance ...
I am setting up argus and when I attempt to make the tcp_wrappers I get the
following
errors:

The syntax looks fine in the vnode.h file. Can anyone give me a hint?
