[argus-announce] argus-2.0.3 released

Gentle people,
   Argus-2.0.3 is now available.  It should be considered
stable on many versions of Solaris, RedHat Linux, FreeBSD,
NetBSD and OpenBSD.

   Argus-2.0.3 is released under GNU's General Public
License (GPL), rather than the QoSient Public License
that earlier versions of Argus-2.0 were released under.
This is a significant change and imposes new restrictions.
Please take a moment to review the GPL that is included
in the release, to understand your rights under this new
License.

   Argus-2.0.3 provides a number of bug fixes and a few
new features, of particular note are memory leak fixes,
filter compiler fixes and the addition of bind address
specification for remote access.

   This version is a considerable improvement over
Argus-2.0.2, so please try it out today!
