argus-2.0.4.beta.5

Gentle people,
   argus-2.0.4.beta.5 is available for testing.  This last
release fixes a bug with Netflow record processing and 
ra data file conversion.  This should do it for the 2.0.4
run.  Because this has been stable on a number of platforms,
I'm going to release it on Friday.

If the Cisco record readers could give this a good test,
