Gentle People,
   Through the diligent attention provided by Chris,
we've got some real ideas as to what evil spirit
was possessing argus.  Beta.12 addresses this problem
and fixes an omission error in argusbug(), as well as
providing a ./configure mod to support the BSDI port.
