FreeBSD build problems

Hey Peter,
   Thanks!  ragrep is really GNU grep with a whole lot
of stuff stripped out.  I didn't keep it's ./configure
strategy, as it was a little cumbersome, but it looks
like I may have to put it back in.

   I also will correct the ether_ntohost() issue!!

	I can't immediately figure out how configure is deciding FreeBSD
has libintl (which it doesn't). I haven't looked at the getopt complaint
yet, but it only seems to want unistd.h (no getopt.h found):
