argus-2.0.0.beta.8 available

Gentle people,
   argus-2.0.0.beta.8 is available.  This has fixes for the
latest coredump that Russell reported.  It also has most of
the mods for the OpenBSD port, so we may be adding another
OS to the ported list before we're done.

   The web site is almost done, we're testing today on the
web hosting machine, so maybe tonight or tomorrow.
