Argus 2.0 performance tuning

Gentle people,
   With beta.6 I set some of the internal queue scheduling
priorities a little high, so you may find that argus eats
about 2-5% more CPU than it did.  This value is a bit
high, so I'll drop it down a bit for beta.7 or the final
release which ever comes first.

   If you see some performance degradations, this is
probably the result of this tuning.
