Gentle people,
   Argus-2.0.0.beta.2 is now on the server.  This version 
updates raxml() to finalize its output format, and so there
are changes to raxml.c and the ./support/Xml/* files.

Only other changes are:
   Formal establishment of ./ChangeLog file.
   Updates to various VERSION, README files.
   Updates to docs/* and of some man pages.
   Html man pages added to ./docs/html/man.

There is still a need for documentation review. If anyone
has any comment/reaction/opinion/whatever, please
send me mail, at your convenience.
