argus-2.0.0 updates

Gentle people,
How should I handle updates during this period, until we
have the web site, and an official release announcement?

Should I start incrementing the versions when we have
a fix, and not when its merely packaging, or should I
change the version numbers with any change?

Hey Peter, 
Yes I found the problem, so it should be up this afternoon 
when I replace the distribution files.  
I'll be changing the files a bit this week, in order to 
get the packaging right.  I don't want to change version 
numbers for packaging concerns, so do check the dates.
