Hello Carter,

	Well, by default tar doesn't preserve ownership information unless
invoked with the -p argument so I guess a generic UID is good enough.
IIRC, Redhat's 'useradd' uses 500 as the initial UID and Debian's 'adduser' 
uses 1000 as the initial UID. We can go with either 500 or 1000.
