Gentle people,
Much progress and fixes.  Argus-2.0.0X is now available.

This fixes:
 1. the compile errors for Solaris, and the various BSD's,
    Seems that FreeBSD was not exceptional after all.

 2. port delimiters missing when for arp records when
    "who-has" address longer than 13 characters.

 3. rare core dump when killing argus on loaded machine.

Some man changes, but nothing major.  Still looking forward
to our beta release scheduled for Monday.
