graphing argus data

Gentle people,
I am working on some tools for massaging Argus data
for graphing. Although we've already got direct support
for importing data into Excel, there is a need for
such things as exact bin boundary alignment, load data,
etc.....
I think that some would like to use tools like rddtool, so
I've been experimenting a bit with it. I'm wondering
if anyone on the list has had the problems that I've run into.
Specifically, rddtool does not always graph 'GAUGE' values
correctly. It seems to have a mind of its own as to how it
wants to "fudge" numbers. Does anyone have any experience
with this phenomenon?
