argus-2.0.1.beta.2 available

Gentle people,
   argus-2.0.1.beta.2 is available. This version has
patches in it to address problems with argi under load.
Chris Newton has been testing this version, and since
he hasn't complained in a number of days, it may
actually work ;o)

   The version has a complete rewrite of the socket
reading mechanisms, so that it is now much more
efficient.  This also has a change in select() timeouts
to improve scheduling for the down stream processes.

   This version also has an undocumented feature to
writeout its packets to a tcpdump formatted file.  This is
intended to eliminate the need to run multiple packet
capture programs on the same interface.  The packet output
file is handled like other argus output files, in that
you can rename it on the fly, and argus will do the right
thing, creating a new packet capture file.  To turn this
on, the argus.conf file supports a new variable,
ARGUS_PACKET_CAPTURE_FILE in the argus.conf file.  See
./support/Configure/argus.conf, at the end of the file,
for the correct format.
