Gentle people,
   Argus-2.0.0f is now on ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus/argus-2.0
This version attempts to fix Russell's reported hanging problem,
does fix the problem where ra-like clients see ARGUS_STOP man
records in the middle of the file, and solves some very minor
nits and issues.

Please test with this new base, and thanks for all the help!!!!!
