argus-2.0.0c available

Gentle people,
   Argus-2.0.0c is now at ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus/argus-2.0
and ready for testing.  I would suggest that you upgrade to this
version before doing any other testing.

   Fixes involve
     ./configure work to fix thread package issues
     argus fixes for various DSR support issues.
     lots of work to support default client output.
     ragator() has a lot of mods, working rather well now.
     ECR tag issues should be fixed.
     moved TCP state flags output from -A option to -z option.
     minor cosmetic and other issues and a lot of things
      that I've forgotten about.
