argus-2.0.0 server update

Gentle people,
I am freezing the code of the argus server for
new features, today. At this point, I'm going to be
fixing bugs (seems like continually ;o) and cleaning up
the code base, so that it looks like real code. If
there is something that is missing, please don't
hesitate to point it out, and we'll do what we need
to do.

I'd like to say "done" for 2.0.0 argus server.

I believe that we have validated the data pretty
well, at least in packet count accuracy and performance.
The rest will come with increased exposure/experience.

We still need testing for the PPP, SLIP and
ATM interface support as supported by libpcap, and
so if you have any of these interfaces, please give
them a try.

We do have a new added port, bringing our ported
list to Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD and OpenBSD. I will
incorporate the OpenBSD mods next week. It would
be nice to get a few more machine types in the ported
department, so if anyone has access to HP-UX, and SGI,
and would like to get some compiler frequent flyer
miles, please let me know.

Now this does not pertain to client code, which
still has some work left to do. A major push on
clients will begin next week and last for a couple
of weeks.

And then we begin, as Mark P. put it, the
Argus Documentation Project ;o)
