Gentle people,
   I have found and removed a rather unreasonable
collection of code from the frontal lobe of argus
and the common core code, and so I have solved the
theoretical stopping problem, at least for argus-2.0.0v.

   A new fresh batch of bits is available at
ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus/argus-2.0.0v.tar.gz
