Hey Guys,
Any ideas on whats going on? I would like to
try to keep a little control over distribution until
we're happy with the results. I would rather not
have too much competition, at least from our
own efforts ;o)

Sorry Carter,

so I grabbed accidentially a working copy with this md5sum?
01832fa1d985685013b9dae51969d708 argus-1.8-CMU.tar.gz

The "official"

	ftp://ftp.sei.cmu.edu/pub/argus/argus-1.7.beta.1e

from last september seemed quite old to me.

So I asked

	http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/?form=advanced

searching for "argus-1.8" and found:

1 -r--r--r-- 255.1K 1999 Jun 24 ftp.net.cmu.edu \
     /pub/.argus/argus-1.8-CMU.tar.gz
2 -rw-r--r-- 255.1K 1999 Jun 24 ftp.gwdg.de \
     /pub/linux/misc/argus/.argus/argus-1.8-CMU.tar.gz

I am still interested in an up to date stable version
of argus. When will it be released?

Cheers
	Rainer
