**** Steve Wozniak Out Of Line At iPhone Store? <http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-9989823-93.html?hhTest=1>
by Greg Sandoval, CNET News.com
According to Doug and Patrice Broussard, Woz actually never waited in line at all. The couple said the Apple co-founder lounged on some of the mall's nearby sofas for about four hours and them ambled up to the front of the queue when the store opened at 8 a.m. and simply cut in line. No discussion.

by John Markoff, International Herald Tribune
When Steve Jobs introduced the Apple iPhone 18 months ago, he contended that viewing the web on it was comparable to browsing on a desktop personal computer.
As it turns out, Jobs may well have understated the quality of the iPhone web experience. Visiting web sites that have been redesigned for the iPhone is often a quicker and more pleasing experience than it is on those increasingly cinema-style desktop displays.

The iPhone 3G packs quite a punch, both in its design and in the 3G and GPS capabilities. Combined with the new features available to all iPhone owners, it is a generational leap forward that raises the bar for what a mobile device can be.

**** MOH Says Singapore Should Not Write Off Organ Trading <http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/360100/1/.html>
by Valarie Tan, Channel NewsAsia
Health minister Khaw Boon Wan has not rejected the idea of legalising organ trading in Singapore but he said it must be studied more carefully. When organs are obtained from outside the family, Mr Khaw said, this means the success rate may fall further if Singapore allows organs to be bought or sold, as family members may stop donating them under the Human Organ Transplant Act (HOTA).

**** Guilt & Innocence In The Criminal Legal System <http://mrwangsaysso.blogspot.com/2008/07/guilt-innocence-in-criminal-legal.html>
by Mr Wang Says So
In the end, we just have to accept that the criminal legal system is imperfect. Some factually guilty persons may be found legally innocent. Some factually innocent persons may be found legally guilty. Life is inherently too complicated for such things to never happen. THe criminal legal system has to constantly work towards minimising such risks, that is all.
