[Ramblings]

*** Tiger Airways? Just Avoid Them
Heng-Cheong Leong

We should really get AirAsia into Singapore, because Tiger Airways is really bad.

The latest news <http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,20906607-17001,00.html> is about how Tiger Airways just simply refused service to a family in Australia, even though the family has fully paid for their tickets and has acquired "permission" from the airline beforehand about the boarding of a disabled child.

Being a budget airlines doesn't excuse the airline from giving bad services. In fact, a truly self-serviced airline can probably offer a better experience. What a shame to the Singapore's brand.
